End-cap for 20mm V-slot extrusion

This end cap emerged when I was test-printing reduced-size models for my V-slot tap guide, (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2105706). I refined the design to create a friction-fit end cap that would work seamlessly with my D-bot build. Since these end caps require precision printing to fit perfectly, it's crucial to have a tight printer in order to print parts that will fit snugly. Always deburr cut extrusions before installing these end caps; it's an essential step you should be taking anyway. During installation, the end cap may feel like it won't fit at first but then it fits perfectly into place. When installing two of them in 20x40 extrusions, you might need to tap on them lightly or gently sand the adjoining edges, although I haven't encountered this issue with any models shown in the photos. I've discovered that these end caps fit securely and tightly the first few times they're used but as expected, repeated insertions and removals result in a loose fit. To maintain a secure hold, simply apply a drop of glue to one corner of the cap; it will easily keep the entire cap securely in place while still allowing for easy removability if needed. I've provided two versions of these end caps: one features a 5mm hole that allows access to the extrusion's center.
