End Blade . XCB-105-1325, circa 400 BCE to 100 CE. XCB-105 Adamagan, meaning "place of walrus hunters," anchors Morzhovoi Bay on the western Alaska Peninsula. This massive village thrived with diverse occupations during its occupation from 400 BCE to 100 CE, earning it the title of largest Arctic village, boasting an estimated population of 1000 inhabitants. Additionally, limited occupations were identified at XCB-105 Adamagan dating back to 2200-1700 BCE, 1000-600 BCE, and 900-1100 CE. The Western Alaska Peninsula artifacts were meticulously researched under grants NSF 9630072, NSF 9814086, NSF 9996372, NSF 9996415, NSF 1139266, and NSF 1321411, with H. Maschner as the Principal Investigator. Artifacts were carefully scanned using either a Faro Edge Arm or a Minolta Vivid 9i, then processed in Geomagic or Polyworks. Two to eight photos were incorporated into texture in Geomagic Wrap. Initial digitizing work took place at the IVL at Id. St. Univ., while subsequent processing and publication were completed at Global Digital Heritage.
