In Thingiverse, I discovered various designs for encoder mounts; however, they did not fit my 6mm shaft with a 1.5mm set back flat. To accommodate, I used Makerware to adjust the settings: 10% fill and 2 shells. Afterwards, I utilized an exacto knife to clear the shaft opening, resulting in a perfect snug fit that functions flawlessly.
