DIY Printer Enclosure (Adaptable for Prusa i3 MK2S and Other Models) Measurements: Inner Dimensions - 562 mm x 544 mm x 480 mm Choosing readily available materials from standard suppliers is the way to go. 12mm OSB3 or medium-density fiberboard (MDF) are suitable options. Plexiglass of 4mm thickness is also a good choice. A small bracket, which can be either purchased off-the-shelf or printed using an existing design, is required. Shelf pins play a crucial role in this project. If you don't have them already, you can find suppliers online or try printing your own using a reference design I've uploaded. The door's lift-up system cleverly utilizes shelf pins to save space during maintenance operations. If you're missing these pins, consider purchasing them from an internet supplier or attempting to print your own. My reference design is available for download.
