Enclosure Panel Brackets

prusaprinters

This is a collection of different 3D-Printed brackets that can be used to build an enclosure based on 3030 aluminium extrusions. These were designed for my HevOrt build but can be used/adapted to other builds using the included .step file. Hardware required: Screws should not be longer than 14mm, 12mm is recommended for all screws required.I used panhead screws.Door hinges require 5mm (diameter) & 12mm long screws.all other brackets require 6mm (diameter) & 12mm long screws.Weather Stripping: The brackets are designed to be used with 3mm panels (In my case I used dibond like panels)And 1.5mm thick & 6mm wide weather stripping. The brackets have 0.75mm of space for weather stripping to be applied to the frame (panels placed onto them)and 0.75mm on the side where the panel get's in contact with the bracket (small channel in the printed part). This should reduce resonance/squeaking in the frame.
