Enclosure heater by under-bed fan for BLV mgn cube

My design of the BLV mgn cube has a spacious bed with an extremely powerful 800W heater installed. This modification includes a fan that blows directly onto the bed from beneath, utilizing excess heat to warm and circulate the air efficiently. I employed a 4020 fan connected as a "heater" to the control board, which successfully maintains a constant temperature within the enclosure. I am able to comfortably maintain 40C in the enclosure with a 60C bed, and 60C with a 100C bed. This is achieved by precisely adjusting the heater's power output and monitoring the temperature in real-time. To mount the fan, you will need m3 screws (approximately equal to the fan's height plus 8mm), as well as 8mm m3 screws with t-nuts for mounting the bracket to the bed frame securely. I have attached a FreeCAD file that allows for customization of the design. I highly recommend printing this model using some temperature-resistant plastic material, such as polycarbonate, which will provide excellent results. Additionally, no supports are necessary during the printing process. Please be aware of thermal expansion when printing and assembling this cube, as uneven expansion can cause issues with the X carriage, where a steel rail is bolted to an aluminum profile. I have found that using plastic t-nuts on the X carriage has helped alleviate these problems, but further testing is required to confirm its effectiveness.
