Enclosure Friendly D-BOT

This is a remix of the amazing D-Bot by spauda01 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1001065 Update 27/02/2018: The height of left and right motor mounts has been fixed. The 4-Z_Wheel_guide_EF_v2 has been thoroughly tested and works perfectly, making the Z frame extremely rigid with no Z artifacts in my case. I have also replaced the flexible couplers with rigid ones. I decided to create an enclosure by attaching panels directly to the sides of the bot, so some parts were modified to eliminate any protrusions from the v-slot extrusion frame. To enhance stability, printed brackets can be replaced with cast aluminum ones. Additional brackets should be added to every top corner since the printed parts are now smaller and may not provide enough support to keep the frame together. I've been using my D-Bot for a couple of days without any issues after this modification. NOTE: The 4-Z_Wheel_guide_EF_v2 is designed to improve the stability of the Z carriage, but it has yet to be thoroughly tested.
