I swapped out the hotend fan on my Ender 3 for a Noctua 4010. This necessitates using a buck converter to bring the voltage down from 24V to 12V. I opted for the XY-2596 due to its display. To house this new addition, I designed an enclosure that slides into the 2020 extrusion frame near the main board housing. If you want to customize the design to fit your specific needs, I've included parasolids in the file. The button extensions allow you to change the display settings as desired. Additionally, there are holes above each LED where you can insert clear filament to act as a light conduit.
