Enclosure for the SBT11(A) based geiger counter from impexeris
thingiverse
This is a modified SBT11 / SBT11A geiger counter enclosure for the kit sold by impexeris. Its based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2541156 by glassy. This differs from the parent version by glassy in several key ways: * Increased space for the SBT11 tube is provided, allowing it to fit properly within printed dimensions. * The design has been modified to print without supports and minimize large overhangs, resulting in a more block-like appearance. * A revised hole for the on/off switch accommodates various components due to limited availability of suitable parts. * An additional groove is incorporated in front of the tube to facilitate shielding with paper or aluminum for alpha/beta particles. The battery cover remains unchanged from the parent design. The screw holes are identical to those in the parent version, with M3x16 or M3x18 screws/bolts fitting securely into the two front holes. Two additional M2 screws, trimmed and filed to an appropriate length, complete the assembly.
