Enclosure for TDA7492P with no headphone jack and no power button
thingiverse
The original design I reworked from included a power button and headphone jack. However, I have a model which lacks both features, but this revised design surpassed them in terms of aesthetics. This redesigned layout also presented a few challenges at least on my printer. Initially, I couldn't utilize M3 screws because the holes were too large, so I downsized the holes to accommodate self-tapping M3 screws. I had different screws than the original, so I flattened out the holes as well. This modification allowed for a secure fit and prevented any potential issues. In addition, I slightly enlarged the button size to ensure it wasn't overly loose. The result is a snug but functional button that responds nicely to pressure. Finally, the speaker cable screw access was off-center on my model, so I shifted it 1mm inward to align it better with the rest of the design.
