Enclosure for O2 Headphone Amplifier

Enclosure for O2 Headphone Amplifier

thingiverse

This printable enclosure is for NwAvGuy's open-source DIY O2 headphone amplifier. The design complements a Box B2-080 aluminum housing, but requires precision tools and skills for the actual case. This 3D model offers an easier alternative with a simpler, narrower body. The front panel is wider than the case but fits both this enclosure or the original aluminum body. To use, print "O2 Case No Hump" and "O2Front for BOX enclosure." Insert O2 PCB into the case, attach caps to pushbuttons, secure the front panel with M3 screws, and affix the volume knob to the potentiometer shaft. Adjustments may be necessary depending on printer calibration.
