This is a revised enclosure for the new SMD-based hardware version of the DIY Geiger counter. The original design can be found at http://www.ebay.com/itm/162282227238 and https://github.com/impexeris/DiY-Arduino-Geiger-Counter-SMD. Note: This enclosure was originally designed for SBM-20 Geiger Müller tube users. If you have an STS-5 (CTC-5) tube, print the Top-for-STS-5-geiger-tube.stl and Bottom-for-STS-5-geiger-tube.stl files. The STS-5 is similar to SBM-20 but is 2 mm longer. Watch this video for more information: https://youtu.be/GOD-LSD_Pks. This enclosure is designed for use with both SBM-20 and CTC-5 geiger tubes. New features of the design include: * Additional openings for a "click/tone" switch * Additional openings for a "tone" button * An additional opening for serial header access (this opening can be easily cut open if needed) * The LCD now rests on support pins, directing it precisely to its place * The device snaps in and is held by springy-clips * The battery is secured in place with springy-clips * Screw holes and columns are introduced for secure attachment of the bottom cover using two 2mm diameter x 10mm long screws (4mm head diameter)
