Based on my "E-Cigarette-, Liquid- and Battery-Display with integrated USB-Charger" I've extracted the charger enclosure for you to integrate into your own projects. To get started, you'll need an EFEST Slim K1 charger, which you'll need to disassemble carefully. Using a sharp pair of nippers or a knife, break the lower section of the original charger from the upper part at the weld point.
