This is an enclosure for the DigiPi sandwich including Raspberry Pi Zero W, Waveshare UPS Hat, Fe-Pi Audio Z Sound Card, Display hat and RigHat transceiver interface hat by AC8L.DigiPi project by KM6LYW: https://digipi.orgRigHat for DigiPi: https://github.com/AC8L/DigiPi_RigHatThere are four versions of the bottom part of the enclosure:For waveshare UPS Hat, Pi Zero W, Fe-Pi sound card, Display Hat (and RigHat). All inclusive. For Pi Zero W, Fe-Pi sound card, Display Hat (and RigHat) - No UPS Hat.For UPS Hat, Pi Zero W, Display Hat - No Sound Card. For Pi Zero and Display Hat - No UPS Hat, No Sound Card. For the completeness of permutations there should be also a minimalistic version for Pi Zero only. Will do in the future :)To fit the enclosure the DigiPi sandwich has to be assembled using 2.5mm standoff hardware. Bottom 4 nuts must be used from the original waveshare UPS Hat kit. They are few mm shorter than what is usually included in most standoff kits. Some standard M2.5 snadoff kit from Amazon:https://a.co/d/0FDU2hbFor versions of the enclosure without UPS Hat the bottom 4 nuts are standard nuts from 2.5mm standoff kit. There are four versions of the front panel:With holes for 3 LED's (Bluetooth, Rx and Tx)With just one Led (Carrier detect) as documented by KM6LYW with original build. No LED's (since led's are optional anyway). No LED's no display hat, just plain cover. The RigHat project besides the main PCB - also contains Gerber files to order the PCB front panels (with holes for 3 LED's and no LED).In case RigHat is not used and transceiver interface is implemented using direct soldering into the interface cable according to the original build - the transceiver cable can exit the enclosure through the same hole that is used by the TRRS connector on RigHat.To secure the DigiPi into the enclosure 8 M2.5 flat head screws used. 4x M2.5*6 screws at the bottom and 4x M2.5*8 screws at the top. Please insert microSD card after securing the DigiPi inside the enclosure and remove the microSD card before taking DigiPi out of the enclosure. While slicing - support is not necessary, the top of holes bridge quite well.
