Enclosure for Anycubic I3 Mega

This is an enclosure for Anycubic I3 Mega 3D printer. It's based on "Square Tube Connectors / Joints + Plexiglass support" that you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2927377. I added two supports, a and b, to help place the enclosure over the printer. This is a work in progress, and I haven't yet tested how it works. I'll be back with an update soon. I also plan to add a fan to force air through a filter. Bom: 4 pcs of aluminium square tubes 15mm x 15mm x 472mm are needed. 4 pcs of aluminium square tubes 15mm x 15mm x 416mm are required. 4 pcs of aluminium square tubes 15mm x 15mm x 375mm must be purchased. 2 pcs of plexiglass or polycarbonate sheet 468mm x 371mm x 2.5mm are necessary. 2 pcs of plexiglass or polycarbonate sheet 412mm x 371mm x 2.5mm are required. 1 piece of plexiglass or polycarbonate sheet 468mm x 412mm x 2.5mm is needed. 8 pcs of Joint-a [Note 1] are necessary for assembly. 24 pcs of Joint-b [Note 1] must be included in the build. 24 pcs of Joint-c [Note 1] should be used for connection. 24 pcs of GlassSupport-a [Note 1] are required for support. 80 pcs (about) of GlassSupport-b [Note 1] will provide adequate support. 2 pcs of support-a and 2 pcs of support-b are necessary for placement. 24 M3 screws (size 30mm) and 24 M3 nuts are required for assembly. The enclosure in the picture was made using an old release of GlassSupport-a. The new version has a 45° chamfer, ensuring that aluminium is not left uncovered near the corners. Note 1: You can download Joint-a, Joint-b, Joint-c, and GlassSupport-a from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2927377 Updates: 1) 27/May/2018 a - I updated the measures by increasing the X dimension of the box by 2mm to fit the printer better. b - A first test printing PLA was conducted, and unfortunately, the feeder motor overheated, sometimes causing filament to melt. A fix is needed. 1) 28/Jun/2018 I believe I fixed the issue of melting filament by adding a fan to the extruder motor. If you're interested in learning more about it, check out the case used to mount the fan here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2976030
