Enclosure for 4" car speaker

This speaker enclosure prints out as one piece if your build plate measures at least 200 mm in diameter and stands 180 mm tall. It's printed with full support, which means if your support material looks like mine - thin and long strips - leave it intact for added baffling. Adding some polyfill would also be beneficial. I opted for Kenwood speakers from Best Buy, which cost less than $23 and came equipped with cover screens and mounting hardware. As it turns out, I didn't need the screens at all. The sound quality is pretty good, but I plan to upgrade with an eight-inch woofer in the future. Using car speakers has its advantages: their crossover networks are already integrated, so you won't have to worry about that part.
