This is a high-angle enclosure for the 1UP Keyboards, Sweet 16 macro-pad. The high angle is intended to aid in visibility, and usability as a control panel. Four 1cm M4 machine screws are required to attach the PCB. I would also recommend self-adhesive rubber feet for the bottom.
