I designed a straightforward latch for my printer enclosure, consisting of three components that fit together seamlessly. Parts 1 and 2 snap into place without any hassle. To accurately determine the mounting points for the latch, I suggest sliding it into the 'closed' position and holding the three parts together momentarily. The latch keeps the two pieces flush because the door is recessed within the frame by a small margin. The holes are precisely designed to accommodate M3 bolts with ease.
