I needed a hinge for my flush fitting door, but none worked with the mount on my plexiglass to give me 180 degrees of swivel. Most hinges only go 90 degrees due to how my door is mounted. Without ABS conversion yet, I required something incredibly strong to support my 24x24 1/4 inch plexiglass door in PLA. So, I designed one myself. It's ironic that necessity drives innovation, and hopefully this will help others too.
