Recently I created a corner bracket for a Prusa i3 mk2 enclosure at work. Ever since the final result turned out to be aesthetically pleasing, it functions as intended, and is relatively inexpensive, I've made three of them. The enclosure is constructed with half-inch diameter dowels, and the STLs are toleranced so that the dowels fit perfectly. The enclosure was wrapped with window insulation plastic, and then heated with a heat gun to give the nice see-through enclosure. Furthermore, the cord hole corner is a quarter-inch diameter hole specifically toleranced for the Prusa power cord. In total, the project cost for the dowels and the window shrink wrap comes out to be about seventeen dollars. Links to similar materials can be found below.
