Enclosure Brackets
thingiverse
I'm creating a set of corner brackets for an enclosure project that can be easily repurposed for other enclosures as well. The enclosure is based on 1x1 and 1x2 wood bracing, and it will be covered with 1/8" foam core sheets to give it a smooth finish. The outer radius of the rear fillets measures exactly 4 inches. I made an unexpected mistake while printing the rear cable grommet - it turned out too big for my printer. To fix this issue, I decided to split it into two parts and add a special key that will lock them together securely without needing any glue.
