This is a custom enclosure for the MCM 50-16620 30 Watt Stereo Amplifier PC Board, specifically designed to accommodate a Bluetooth receiver. Two copies of the Long Wall and two copies of the post will be printed. Future versions may include a power switch and integrated power supply, eliminating the need for an external power source constantly plugged into the wall. Print Settings: - Printer Brand: Afinia - Printer Model: AFINIA H480 - Rafts: Not necessary - Supports: Yes - Resolution: 0.15mm - Infill: Minimal Notes: ABS is recommended for this print, but PLA should also work fine. Support material is required only for screw and nut holes. Post-Printing: Screws pass through the post and into the narrower part of the posts, securing the enclosure in place. Hex nuts are used at the bottom to fasten screws securely. Socket Head 4-40 1" screws and 4-40 hex nuts are specified for assembly. Users should consider adding strain relief for wires; hot snot (hot glue) will be used to secure them within the enclosure. Design Methodology: This design was created using SketchUp, with initial measurements taken from the board by measuring space between holes and extending outward. The first print was remarkably accurate, considering the unique shape of the board.
