I literally don't know what this thing should actually be called but its a cool shape and I wanted it so I made a name for the shape.I didn't print it the same size as it is originally so you might want to think about resizing it depending on what you want it for, if you planned on actually using it as a turban topper it's not perfectly symmetrical so you'll want to print the mirrored version so it fits together nicely, I added a mirrored one so it doesn't matter if you can or know how to in your slicer, then you can attach the two together and maybe put something between them to hold on better if you wanted to actually put it on top of a turban.
