Thanks for the upportunity! i'm an mechanical engineering student from TU Delft with an interest in energy & vehicles. In the design report is a lot of information about my design. I propose you read the report first. it's necessary in understanding the design. I've provided a 3d-pdf, renders, a summary, and the design report. The most important aspect of my design is the LPCVD-graphene applied onto copper c18200. dropwise-condensation is key in my design. The problem with the current condenser is the filmwise condensation. The graphene is super-hydrophobic and stimulates the dropwise condensation of the water. This alone will increase the heat transfer with more than 4 times. The copper will also increase the heat transfer. This is important because the copper has to be as cold as possible for efficient condensation. The inner surface of the condenser supports the efficient removal of water drops. Water drops will fall of the LPCVD-applied graphene when they are around 2.4 mm large. This is important. The surface is used most efficient when the drops are smaller than the capillary length of water, which is the case with LPCVD. (otherwise it would behave more like a film) The design of the inner surface is a compromise of enlarging the surface, but support the efficient removal of the drops. Way more information about this in my report. Feel free to explore my design.(i've checked the 3d-pdf and it works in acrobat)
