eNABLE Hand Testing Emulator

eNABLE Hand Testing Emulator

thingiverse

This emulator is tailored for people with full mobility, allowing them to mimic the movement of a fully assembled eNABLE hand just like they would naturally do themselves. It's been used to test the dexterity of multiple eNABLE devices and has a surprisingly universal fit that works almost everywhere. The testing handle might need some support depending on how well your printer is calibrated and how it's oriented during printing. The testing gauntlet should be printed with its back face facing the build plate, while the thermoformed wrist attachment is standing upright. Feel free to make any changes you think would improve this design or suggest new ideas for taking it to the next level.
