Updated: Contains all models for DN sizes DN10 to DN600.EN1092-1 flange dimensions sourced from http://www.pipefittingweb.com/flange/pdf/en-flange.pdfFlanges are modelled in Solidworks 2019; a single part file with configurations per DN size (DN10, DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN350, DN400, DN450, DN500 and DN600 at the moment, others coming). STEP files of each configuration are supplied in a .zip file - as the overall project size was getting massive.Flange types 01: Plate (slip on), 02 in 32: Loose Plate (weld on plate collar), 02 in 33: Loose Plate (lapped pipe end), 04 in 34: Loose Plate (weld-neck collar), 05: Blank (blind), 11: Weld-neck, 12: Hubbed Slip On, 13: Hubbed Threaded, and 21: Integral flanges.Flange face types A: Flat Face, B: Raised Face (B1 and B2), C: Tongue, D: Groove, E: Spigot, F: Recess, G: O-ring Spigot, and H: O-ring Groove.*Types 02 and 04 are modelled with a flat face only.*Type 13 are modelled with a hole through at the minor thread diameter.*Type 21 are modelled in both styles (i and ii) without a hole through. (Hole size is undefined in the standard.)*Socket flange is not in the standard, but has been included - based off the Type 05 blank with a Type B raised face.
