The EMUK Air-lift is the better alternative to a (step) wedge to lift up a caravan or motor home in case the ground is not level. More details here: https://www.emuk.com/cms-de/Hebekissen.aspx Unfortunately, to deflate, you have to constantly press the button on the valve while squatting or you have to sit down. The button is useful when you want to release smaller portions of air, but it is uncomfortable for complete deflating. This small ferrule fixes the button in place while you can comfortably stand next to it.
