EMT Conduit T-Bracket
thingiverse
This is a bracket for making an EMT conduit shelf. I've attached the FreeCAD design so you can modify the design yourself. Note that I used the Fasteners workbench to create this design, which means you'll need to install the latest version of FreeCAD and then go to Tools -> Addon Manager to search for Fasteners. After several iterations of the design, I settled on a Mk V design that uses a 25mm buttonhead M5 screw to connect to the interior of a 1/2" EMT conduit using Part C and Part D. However, Part B is no longer needed since it was just a 7.5mm dowel that didn't hold the EMT snugly. These parts were printed with 70% infill and the Ender 3's "dynamic" profile in Cura, but I recommend using higher infill for strength because the buttonhead M5 screw will pull out of the printed piece. Although I was able to tighten the compression fitting, it held itself rigid for the most part, considering it's only attached to the other length of EMT by a tiny bit of plastic at the end of the conduit. Once tightened, the piece didn't come off at all. Based on this success, I'd say the joiner is working well.
