EMS Note Board
thingiverse
A Simple EMS Note Board It's made with a 3D printer and the K40 Laser. I build it to hold on the velcro patch holder on my EMS trousers. It is quick access and you can desinfect it easily. You get two files. The first is the Klemmbrett.svg, used with the laser. The second Stifthalter.stl is a penholder. Materials: Polystyrolboard (cut/engrave with Laser) PLA (print with AM8 3D-Printer) How to Make: On K40 Laser: First vector engrave the Polystyrol with 6.7% power, which worked best for me. Then cut the Polystyrol in two steps. The first step is at 50% power; finish the cut with 70% Power. Glue the penholders after printing to one side, with the pen inside for alignment. I used two-component epoxy glue. The velcro has an adhesive backside on it, so simply stick it on the back. How to Use: Write your notes on it with a water-soluble pen. I use a non-permanent Staedtler pen. After use, you can wash off your notes easily.
