Empty Spool Wire Holder

<p>If you're on your last bit of filament, what could be more useful than a print that makes your soon-to-be-empty spool into a useful wire manager?</p><p>This is a small little clip that can turn an empty filament spool into a cable holder. The clips are fairly solid, and hold onto any spool with a place for them to latch on. The two hooks are for both ends of whatever cable you need to hold, and several of these clips can be used to wrap up multiple wires while keeping track of both ends.</p><h4>Modifying</h4><p>Modifying the STEP file should make it easy to resize this to fit any spool.&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Open Sketch 1<ol><li>Modify the main horizontal dimension to be the width of the spool from outer edge to outer edge</li><li>Modify the vertical dimension of the clip to the length of any clip-on point <strong>+ 3mm</strong></li></ol></li><li>Sketch 2, the fillets, and the extrusions shouldn't need to be modified, unless you've got a reeeally weird spool</li></ol><p>I've premade some of these for spools I own, and I've tested them, so I know they clip on well and work to hold cables.</p><h4><strong>Premade Options</strong></h4><p>1 has been designed for Ziro spools</p><p>2 has been designed for Sunlu Spools (shorter, with longer clips)</p><p>3 has been designed for Matterhackers or Monoprice spools (longer, with longer clips)</p><p>4 has been designed for Prusament spools (longer, with shorter clips) [Because of how Prusa's spools are designed, this one doesn't work very well since the rim isn't constant]</p><p>5 has been designed for eSun spools (shorter, with shorter clips)</p><p>6 has been designed for Hatchbox spools (obscenely short clips)</p><p><strong>THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED FIT</strong>. My spools may be different from your spools, but it is a starting point.&nbsp;</p>
