The Empire vase, a masterpiece crafted from white marble, is believed to have originated in France during Napoleon Bonaparte's reign (1804-1815). This stunning work of art can be found at the Musée du Cinquantenaire in Brussels, Belgium. Using advanced software like ReMake and ReCap Pro from AutoDesk, I was able to create a digital reconstruction of this neo-classical treasure. The body of this elegant vase is adorned with intricate reliefs that depict eight of the most iconic works of Hercules, showcasing the skill and craftsmanship of its creators. As for its form and decorative motifs, this piece stands out from other similar works of art from the same era, which were largely inspired by Piranesi's publication of the "crater Medici" from Florence.
