I'm just creating a foundation for a Clone-trooper helmet and an area to attach a plate, specifically for my friend's kid. The design is 150mm wide; I've reduced the size of the helmet to accommodate the child's needs, so feel free to scale it as desired. I plan on also making a Rebel version in the future. This model is straightforward, despite being created with TinkerCad.
