Emperor Maximilian I
myminifactory
The miniature of Maximilian is based on his 1485-armor, made by Helmschmied, which is currently displayed at the KHM "Rüstkammer" (armory) in Vienna. We've chosen to give you the option between him wielding a sword or a pike, as he did at the battle of Guinegate, where he fought amongst his own Landsknechts-formation, leading them from the front and winning despite high losses on his side. There are four versions of this miniature, if you have an older printer or have problems with the spurs, we recommend the version without spurs. With a newer printer and resin with a certain elasticity, the spurs should not be a problem.
