Here are the files for a compact handheld EMP gun. The device is not powerful enough to disrupt anything more than a basic calculator. You can find the high voltage converter I used here: http://a.co/d/c3xGjZ5 . To create a battery holder, I employed screws and a piece of wire to connect the batteries in series on the bottom of the handle. A small 6mm momentary push-button was utilized for the trigger. The inductor at the end can be secured with double-sided tape while winding it around the wire. The two screws midway down the gun serve as the spark gap, and the inductor is connected in series with it.
