Emoji Smiling Face with Hearts Cookie Cutter

Tired of always having the same cookie shapes at our annual cookie baking party—a bell, a mushroom, and a star—I started to experiment with cookie cutter designs to bring a bit of variation into this aspect of the event. This emoji 'Smiling Face with Hearts' (U+1F970) cookie cutter has an outer shell and protruding stamps for the face and the hearts at a certain height ('stamp height'). For a noticable stamp impression the dough needs to exceed this stamp height by at least a millimeter. The cutter comes in two sizes: Small Has 50 mm cookie diameter and 4mm stamp height. Cookies are 15 - 20 g each. Large Has 56 mm cookie diameter and 6 mm stamp height. Cookies are 25 - 30 g each. Usage: - Roll out the dough at least 1 mm (better 2 or 3 mm) thicker than the stamp height, e.g. 6 mm for the small cutter size. - Immerse the cutter in some flour or sprinkle some over the cutting side (where the face is visible) to reduce sticking. - Sink the cutter into the dough and pull it out again. If the cookie already falls out move it to the sheet. Otherwise gently press your fingers (or some tool) through the holes of the cutter to loosen the cookie, and then repeatedly tap on the backside of the cutter to remove the cookie. Note: The other cutter visible in the print photography—the exploding head one—was performing poorly when cutting cookies and is thus not yet ready for duty. It is not included in this product.
