Emoji Cam Cover 💻 Not the most straightforward print, designed to be printed in parts and then assembled as an inlay print. This design was printed on a Creality printer using a 0.35mm nozzle and layer height of 0.2, with PLA filament sourced from the label by Ctrl Design. The nozzle temperature was set at 210°C, while the bed temperature was maintained at 62°C. Please ensure that all prints are centered in your slicer to avoid any issues during printing. Step 1: Print the parts of the emoji of your choice, excluding the yellow or red components. Step 2: Print the smiley face yellow part 1. Remain near the printer to quickly turn on the heated bed when the print is complete. Do not remove the print from the bed; instead, place the other emoji parts within it. Step 3: This step requires attention to detail. Position the file (smiley face part 2) exactly 1mm above the Z0 level, then run it through your slicer and verify that it is indeed 1mm higher than the bed's zero level. Failing to do so may result in damage to the print. If executed correctly, you can now initiate the print, which will proceed over the existing print with all the inlay parts still on the bed. Step 4: Measure your device's thickness and then print the corresponding comb clip file. Good luck with the printing process! This design is intended for personal use only; please do not attempt to sell any prints you create from this design, as it remains under copyright by Ctrl Design.
