Here's a Cam Cover Print Project: This isn't an easy print, designed to be printed in parts and then assembled as an inlay print. Printed on a Creality with a 0.35 nozzle and layer height of 0.2 using PLA filament from the label by Ctrl Design. The nozzle temperature is set at 210, while the bed temperature is 62. Please ensure all prints are centered in your printer's build plate. Step 1: Print the parts of the emoji except for the yellow or red components. Step 2: Print the smile yellow part 1. Stay with the printer to turn on the heated bed when the print is done. Do not remove the print from the bed, but place the other emoji parts inside the print instead. Step 3: This is the tricky part. Place the smile part 2 file exactly 1mm above Z0. Then, run it through the slicer and check if it's 1mm higher than the bed level 0. If you fail to do this, the nozzle will ruin the print. If done correctly, start the print, and it will cover the existing print on your build plate with all the inlay parts. Step 4: Measure the thickness of your device, then print the right comb clip file. Good luck printing!
