emoji sad cam cover

Here are the emoji cam cover prints. Not the most straightforward print, but designed to be printed in parts and then assembled as an inlay print. This print was created on a Creality printer with a 0.35mm nozzle and layer height of 0.2 using PLA filament specified on the label by Ctrl Design. The nozzle temperature is set at 210°C and bed temperature at 62°C. Please ensure that all prints are centered within your clipper. Step 1: Print the parts of the emoji of your choice, excluding the yellow or red components. Step 2: Next, print the sad yellow part 1. Remain with the printer so you can turn on the heated bed when the print is completed. Do not remove the print from the bed but instead place the other emoji parts into the print. Step 3: This step requires attention to detail. Ensure that the sad part 2 file is positioned 1mm above the Z=0 level, then run it through the clipper and verify if it's indeed 1mm higher than the bed level 0. If this isn't done correctly, the nozzle may damage the print. If executed properly, you can initiate the print, which will overlap with the existing print still on your bed, including all inlay parts. Step 4: Measure the thickness of your device and then print the corresponding comb clip file. Good luck printing! This design is available for personal use but cannot be sold as copyright is retained by Ctrl Design.
