emoji cam cover

Not the most straightforward print, designed to be printed in parts and then assembled as an inlay print. This particular print was created using a Creality 3D printer with a 0.35mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.2mm, utilizing PLA filament from a label designed by Ctrl Design. The nozzle temperature was set at 210 degrees Celsius, while the bed temperature was maintained at 62 degrees Celsius. To ensure accurate printing, please make sure that all parts are centered in your clicker (clicer). Step 1: Print the individual components of the emoji you've chosen, excluding the yellow or red sections. Step 2: Next, print either the smiley face yellow part 1, sad yellow part 1, or devil red part 1. Remain with the printer to enable quick reactivation of the heated bed once the print is complete. Carefully refrain from removing the printed part from the bed; instead, position the other components of the emoji within the print. Step 3: This step requires attention to detail. Ensure that you place the file (devil part2, smile part2, sad part2) precisely 1mm above Z0. Then, run it through your clicker and verify if it's indeed 1mm higher than bed level 0. Failure to do so might result in print destruction. Upon successful completion of this step, you can initiate the print process, which will proceed over the existing print with all assembled inlay parts in place. Step 4: Measure the thickness of your device and then print the corresponding comb clip file. Good luck with the printing process!
