This is a Design for the Design Contest Computerparts on My Mini Factory 🎨 Not the most simple print, designed to print in parts and then as an inlay print. Printed on a Creality with a .35 nozzle and layer height 0.2 using PLA filament from Ctrl Design. Nozzle temp is 210 degrees and bed temp is 62 degrees. Please make sure all prints are centered in your slicer. Step 1: Print the parts of the emoji of your choice, except for the yellow or red parts. Step 2: Print the smile yellow part, sad yellow part, or devil red part. Stay with the printer to turn on the heated bed when the print is done. Do not remove the print from the bed; instead, take the other parts of the emoji and place them in the print. Step 3: This is the tricky part. Make sure the file (devil part2, smile part2, sad part2) is placed 1mm above Z 0. Run it through the slicer to check if it's 1 mm higher than bed level 0. If not done correctly, the nozzle will destroy the print. If successful, start the print, and it will go over the print still on your bed with all inlay parts. Step 4: Measure the thickness of your device, then print the right comb clip file. Good luck printing! This design can be printed but not sold; copyright is with Ctrl Design.
