I had a blast messing around with Emmett's outstanding gear bearing (6-gear model). I broke it down into manageable pieces in Blender to make it print smoothly in two colors. Enjoy the following steps: First off, I was able to successfully print this piece using Makerware Desktop with these settings: Layer height: 0.2mm No raft was necessary Supports were not needed Purge wall activation helped keep everything running smoothly
