If the emmaljunga brake pin doesn't reach the wheel locking holes, it means the plastic part has worn out from the pedal end of the cylinder. In that case, if the plug wears down, the metal tube starts breaking away at the pedal itself and the brake lever will pop up on its own. To fix this issue, simply replace the plastic part, then use a Dremel to grind the pedal just a little bit to prevent it from popping up again.
