Diffuser on a Emmisar D18. It has an internal aluminum foil reflector and a screw hole for a camera tripod on top (1/4-20 screw). It's made in two parts that screw together. The body is PETG, and the base can be printed in anything. The screw threads have limited life, but this lets you swap out broken parts a few times if needed.
