Emisar D18 Optic Ring

This is a simple re-creation of the stock optic spacer ring in the Emisar D18 flashlight, allowing you to customize its color to your liking. The part measures 0.84mm thick, slightly thicker than the original 0.80mm stock spacer I measured. To achieve perfect results, use 7 layers at a 0.12mm layer height when printing. It's highly recommended to opt for concentric infill for a seamless finish. Be mindful of the 0.60mm gap between holes, which might require some creative outlining skills. For optimal print quality, I'm using a .30mm nozzle and printing at 105% flow. To replace the stock spacer, unscrew the bezel and carefully remove the glass and stock spacer. Be cautious when reinserting the small clear o-ring beneath the glass, as it can be tricky to get back in place. To ensure a smooth installation process, make sure your printed spacer doesn't warp or curl up excessively, which can cause alignment issues.
