This is a modified Emerson 7001484-J000 server PSU endcap, designed to power chargers or 3D printers that operate on 12V DC. With this endcap, the connections where wires are soldered to on the PCB are isolated from each other. The design features four 8mm holes for 4mm banana connectors and one 6mm hole for a switch.
