This visor can be made using a 3D printer along with some basic materials. It does not require any advanced tools like a laser cutter. Additionally, it saves time since there's no need for a lower rigidity bar and the fit is adjustable. You will need: A 3D printer (or injection molding machine), laminating pouches (or A4 acetate sheets), 1mm-1.5mm copper wire, and a hole punch. Print Part - No supports are required! Cut 250mm of wire and make it as straight as possible. Bend the ends over and then laminate around 20mm from the edge of the laminating pouch. Use an A4 four-hole punch to make holes along the opposite edge from the wire, spaced at 80.5mm centers. Assemble and tuck away the ends. There are two attachment points for string or elastic to secure it to the head. I will update photos when the wire and elastic arrive.
