I've edited, updated and refined this Housing for an emergency stop for my 3D printer. A revised version can be found on my profile page, where I've corrected mistakes made during its construction. Thanks in advance for your appreciation! This housing serves as a critical component for stopping the printer quickly in case of an emergency. Although it hasn't been mounted yet, that's about to change soon. Once installed, I'll rest easy knowing that if my printer overheats or malfunctions, I can shut down the power instantly. Inside this housing, I've discreetly placed a small 5mm white LED light. This thoughtful touch ensures that the button remains easily accessible even in complete darkness. My hope is that you and other 3D printing enthusiasts will upgrade your printers with an emergency stop feature. By doing so, we can collectively make 3D printing a safer and more reliable hobby.
