This On-The-Go Emergency Repair Kit was made for those inevitable bike breakdowns that are bound to happen. Specifically designed for when hoping it will fix itself just isn't enough. With this kit, you'll have the right tools to get back on the road quickly. No more getting a workout in by carrying your bike home just because you didn't have the necessary tools - now you can fix it on the go. It's a compact design that fits a bike pump inside and still leaves room for personal items like that lucky charm on your keychain. The ERK is also perfect for nosy neighbors or curious siblings who always want to get their hands on everything you own. It comes with a simple loop that lets you lock it up tight. The recommended print settings are 80% infill with supports and a raft. You can find the links to the recommended bike pump, screws, and hex nuts here. To build this kit, you'll need 2 pins, 1 lid, 1 bike toolbox box, 4 bike holders, 6 screws, and 6 hex nuts. Here's how to assemble it: 1. Print all the parts needed. 2. Remove any excess support material. 3. Align the lid to the holes on the body of the ERK. This is where the pins will go and create a hinge - you may need to do some sanding first. 4. Slide the pins into each hole to assemble the hinge. 5. Attach one bike holder to either the top or bottom tube of your bike, then connect the second part to the tube. 6. Loosely place the screw in its hole. 7. Align the ERK with the holes on the bike holders. 8. Insert the screws and tighten the hex nuts. 9. Tighten the bike holders as needed to prevent them from sliding off. 10. Fill your ERK with the essentials, like band-aids, a bike pump, patches, snacks, or more! 11. Enjoy your new ERK!
