I'd be happy to share my basic 3D sword model with you, completely free of charge. To be honest, I'm not sure if this sword would be a good fit for most games due to its somewhat messy UVs. However, the blend file is available for download, and it does look pretty decent in Blender. Regarding texture licenses, I must admit that I'm still learning about them myself. The textures used in this model were obtained from Texture.com and Google, which is why I'm not entirely sure what the licensing situation is with those particular assets.
