the inner strapping measures 110 mm. I've provided a test piece for the thread if you need it. Print out the screw and the test piece to check the correct setting of your printer. To deburr the thread, screw gently by 1/4 turn, unscrew, screw back by about 1/4 turn, etc... repeat the operation until the screw turns freely in the thread. The screw can be replaced by a screw and nut of about 8 diameter. You will be able to embroider designs or logos on t-shirts, for example. Good embroidery!
